Training Coordinator
Job Description:
Develop and conduct training program for all employees.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Create and implement training program for new hire manufacturing mechanics.
Learn all current policies and procedures for new hire training. Request improvement changes as needed.
Coordinate with other department managers for new hire and continuous training requirements. Request support as needed to ensure complete training for all employees.
Track all training initiatives for completion, including verification of training.
Maintain accurate training records.
All other duties as requested or assigned.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in all wiring harness operations. IPC or J-STD certification or ability to be certified. Trainer certification a plus.
Basic working knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Word, etc.) to include internet search capability.
Communication Skills:
Exceptional verbal, listening, written and presentation skills.
Ability to speak clearly so listeners can understand.
Ability to understand the speech of another person.
Working Conditions:
Full time position.
Office environment.
Flexible Schedule-work hours may differ from the normal company start and stop time.
Classification for this position – Exempt.
Some travel may be required to attend professional meetings or training
Physical Requirements:
Regularly spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers.
Regularly move from sitting to standing positions effortlessly.
Regularly use hands and fingers to handle, control or feel objects.
Regularly see details of objects that are less than a few feet away.
Frequently work on projects that require deadlines.
